Recently, a new organization business blueprint was launched to further stress the company’s definition of quality service. "This will be a customer-centric approach to focus on their distinct needs from bid to actual service delivery," Mr. Castro stated. "A team of experts will exclusively handle every step and aspect of the customers’ requirements to ensure that only the highest quality of service is being performed," he concluded.
