MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ETSI Technologies a Nokia Siemens Networks JV is looking for full time R&D Team Leader to take leadership role in the development of our key products in 3G/4G Radio and packet core.
The ideal candidate should manage the product development and execute R&D programs according to the plans. He/she should lead the development using Agile methodology, keen on pioneering the new, efficient solutions, while delivering value to the product.
Daily contact with other stakeholders in the development, to enable the open communication.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in BS/MS/Electronics/Electrical/Computer and Information Science/Telecom
- 2-5 years R&D experience with strong background in one or more of the software development phases such as specification, implementation, verification
- Agile, scrum experience is required. Scrum Master Certification is preferred.
